Thirty Years in the Making

It began in 1994, when two friends from Texas came to play the new Nicklaus course and left wanting the land beside it. They broke ground on five homes built to a standard Baja had rarely seen, and the community has been master-planned by the same hands ever since.

The First Nicklaus Signature Course in Latin America

The Palmilla course beside the community was the first Jack Nicklaus Signature design in Latin America, twenty-seven holes along the sea. Membership is offered to residents, and kept to a few hundred.
